Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Reservation Process - A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date and time - Remaining balance is due when Proofs are chosen and before final Prints are delivered - Minimum 48-hour advance booking required for all sessions - All bookings are confirmed via email with session details and preparation guidelines Package Selection - Package selection and Add-Ons must be finalized at time of booking - Package upgrades are available up to 48 hours before your session - Downgrades are not available after booking confirmation Payment Terms - We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments (PayPal, Venmo Business) - All payments must be cleared before any final images are delivered Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling - One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice - Rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours will incur a $50 rescheduling fee - All rescheduled sessions must be booked within 60 days of original session date - Rescheduling is subject to availability Cancellations - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the session will receive a full refund of the deposit - Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the session will receive a 50% refund of the deposit - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit entirely - All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email No-Shows - Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the deposit - No-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling without purchasing a new session Weather & Illness Exceptions - For outdoor sessions, cancellations or rescheduling due to severe weather will not incur any fees - If a client is ill, they may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty - Documentation may be requested for illness-related rescheduling - Photographer illness or emergency may necessitate rescheduling at no additional cost to the client
